The signs are especially valuable for landholders within what we consider the ecolink zone itself, the stretch of country connecting the Strzelecki Ranges, the Hoddle Range and the Prom coast. Every sign on a gate or fence line helps build visibility for the work happening across this landscape.
 
But it's more than visibility. Each sign is a voluntary, ground-up statement, a way for landholders to show that they and their land stand behind the vision of a connected, landscape-scale biolink from the ranges to the coast. It's a small gesture with a clear message: this place matters, and we're part of protecting it.
